Wiki breast reconstruction reimbursement

I have a surgeon that works with the oncologist during a mastopexy or mastectomy to place the prostgesis during the same surgery. But we are finding that the reimbursement is really low - right now we are billing the following codes - is there anyone out there that can help me to make sure we are doing it correctly?

19366.50
19340.50.51
15330.51 times 2 units if both breast are done.

If anyone can help that would be great.
