19318 was called in by the office for preauthorization with patient's insurance and they state w/ a dx of BRCA there's no preauth needed.
Calling it a tissue arrangement doesn't seem right as it just seems like a more closure of the reduction, but his dictation doesn't seem enough to add a 22 for the tissue arrangement. To my coworker and I it seems as though this was a breast reduction done bilaterally and the other surgeon came in halfway through and did a lumpectomy.
Just wondering if anyone has any other thoughts on this?
