Hello,

If anybody can help me that would be great. :D

Our surgeon does a breast reconstruction 19357. Then the patient needs to have a revision 19380 and capsulectomy 19371 but the patients is still in the global. Our surgeron says it's unrelated but the patient had capsular contracture so I think it's related. But I'm fairly new to plastic surgery coding so I don't know if there is a different way to look at it than what I'm used to.

I would say that is related if it is on the same breast as 19357. A capsular contracture to me is a complication so i would add 78 modifier.
