Breast surgery with use of Electromagnetic wave reflectors

Hi all,

I have a patient that had a partial mastectomy with the use of the electromagnetic wave reflectors. I cannot find a CPT code for the surgeon removing the reflector. The reflector is placed by radiology and then the surgeon uses a wand during surgery to find the reflector and removes it along with the specimen. All is sent again to radiology for confirmation.

The surgeon wanted to bill a 19499 ( unlisted procedure, Breast).

Please help!!
