For Radiology coding. Just for clarification, can the radiologist state that he is imaging the WHOLE breast for an ultrasound of the breast and charge a complete (76641) for 2015 or must he specifically dictate the 4 quadrants and the retroareolar area. We sometimes lack specific info in the field of radiology.

The document must support for 4 quadrants or ''o'clock positions of breast'' like (12 to 3) 1 quadrants ,(3 to 6) 2 quadrants, (6 to 9) 3 quadrants, (9 to 12) 4 quadrants
