regarding CPT coding for ultrasound exams on a male with gynecomastia and an infant being evaluated for breast buds.

Can you clarify whether these exams should be performed and billed as a chest ultrasound or as a breast ultrasound? Also, should we be scanning both breasts for this reason if only one is swollen? We want to make sure we are using the correct exam type.
