Is anyone familiar with this type of procedure and if so, how would you code this. Having trouble trying to figure out what is the best procedure for this.

Pre procedure diagnoses:
Rosacea
Telangiectasia

Post procedure diagnoses:
Rosacea
Telangiectasia

Procedure:
BBL full face

Treatment Area(s): Full face
Anesthesia: topical cream (Benzocaine 20%, Lidocaine 6%, Tetracaine 4%)
Notes:
Protective gel eye shields and googles applied.

Safe Start protocol used: full face with small square, 560nm filter, 15J, 20msec, 20C cooling. Test patch performed prior to completing remainder of treatment. RIGHT cheek, did pass for flushing rosacea with 11mm small round snap on adaptor, at 20J, 20msec, 20C Cooling x 2 passes; same for LEFT cheek. RIGHT cheek with area of bleeding (prior to treatment; Pt scratched; this area was avoided; elta MD silver gel was applied at end of treatment to the spot). Resistant alar vessels of nose: 11mm small round snap on adaptor, at 20J, 30msec, 20C Cooling x 3 passes.

Pt tolerated procedure well w/o complaints.

Post Care: isClinical Hydra-Cool, Alastin HydraTint SPF 36; ice pack
Follow-up: RTC 2-4 weeks for next treatment, sooner prn concerns.
