Hi,

We received a patient with broken dental file left inside on an endodontically treated tooth. May I know which is the appropriate code to use when coding this case?

Can we use code T81.598 (Other complications of foreign body accidentally left in body following other procedure) or code M27.59 (Other periradicular pathology associated with previous endodontic treatment).
