I know that 31622 is diagnostic and can not be billed with other bronch procedures. So now the doctors are using 31623, 31624 & 31625
Sometimes the documentation is vague for 31623 *(brush was done).
there is not a CCI edit on charging these together. I am not very happy with brush done.
Any pulmonary help would be great.
