When billing for 31622, If it is done on right and left lobes (bilaterally), Does the Modifier 50 apply? I think No because on the MPFSDB Bilat. Surg does not apply to this code. So is this code already considered bilateral? or Should you bill it according to Mult Endoscopy rules and bill it 31622-RT & 31622-LT? Please Help

50, RT and LT are not allowed it is considered a bilateral code
