Hello, looking for some guideline. I know we can't bill for diagnostic bronch prior to major lung surgery but can I bill below as CPT 31645? Thanks in advance.

The patient was brought to the operating room and a general anesthesia was induced. A double lumen ET tube was then placed. I then placed a small flexible bronchoscope to assess the airway for any endobronchial tumors and washed and aspirated the secretions. The airway was patent with no visible tumors
