I need to know if I can use 31620, 31624, and 31625 for a flexible bronchoscopy with a bronchoalveolar lavage, and EBUS with Biopsy...

I would like to code for the biopsy and lavage separately but I need to know if these services are usually bundled...

I didn't see anything in the guidelines.. does 31625 include the lavage?
 
I believe 31625 holds a higher value and has the base code already built in. If anything, they would reimburse the lesser value code at 50% maybe?
