CPT 31623 is being denied routinely by BCBS for the denial code CO-B15 which states that it must be billed with a qualifying procedure. The code is being billed with CPT's 31625 on one claim and 31624 and 31622 on another. This indicates that this is bundled to other Bronchoscopy codes. Does anyone have any additional resources to get this code paid?
