Does anyone know where I can receive training on coding bronchs? I have search the web but can not find anything very specific as to what each code consists of, which can be billed together etc.

There is an awesome book called "The Coders Desk Reference for Procedures". It contains lay person descriptions for all the CPT codes. I highly recommend it.
