What is the code for a complete TTE bubble?
 
yes, and if your physician or technician (usually physician) performs the IV push with saline then you can bill the supply code. We bill J7040 for the saline solution....its very small reimbursement though

Our Practice was using the J7040 as well however one of the nurses pointed out that they where only using 5cc of Saline and code J7040 calls for some thing like 500cc. I am now thinking that just billing code 93306 is the best way to go. What are your thoughts?

I agree. We don't bill for it because such a miniscule amount is used.
