Hey everyone,
I need some help on this. Does anyone do these in the cardiology office? If so how are you billing? Is this included in the e&m?

Thanks,

Well i figured someone would know about this. But I did find out alot more. This is used for genetic testing for certain DNA. If a patient is on Warfarin etc. Some people who have certain genes do not utilize the meds like they should. The Buccal Swab as far as I know is included in the E&M code. . Interesting.
