Wiki Bullets on Neck Exam

Good morning,

Neck: Supple (1). There are no meningeal signs (0). There is no adenopathy (0) or JVD (1-cardio). Carotids are 2+ (1-cardio) and equal.

I want to be certain three bullets are correct. Any help is appreciated.

Are you asking for bullets according to the 97 exam guidelines? Or are you asking for the number of organ systems according to 95 guidelines?

If you are asking by 95 guidelines, you could give credit for findings related to the Neurologic (no meningeal signs), Hem/Lymph (no adenopathy) and Cardiovascular (JVD, carotids) systems, which would be enough for an expanded problem focused exam.
