How many points will you capture for a grind test, negative Lachman, pivot and psoterior drawer? I understand the Lachman + pivot are for the ACL and posterior draw is for the PCL. Would it be 1 bullet each for each test? 2 bullets - 1 for ACL and 1 for PCL? I find the 97 Guidelines a little confusing at first as I am not sure how many bullets you can capture? Thanks.

I don't see a lot of orthopaedics, but if I understand what I read here: http://www.jfponline.com/pages.asp?aid=1099&UID=

I'd give 2 bullets for each knee examined, for lower extremity range of motion and stability examinations.

• Assessment of range of motion with notation of any pain (eg, straight leg raising),
crepitation or contracture
• Assessment of stability with notation of any dislocation (luxation), subluxation or laxity
