If any one answer this question help to me. In medicare patient i billed 36416 and 81003 but 36416 was denied under status "B". My doubt was 36416 is "collection of capillary blood specimen" and 81003 was urinalysis what relation between this procedure? How it is bundle? Help Me :confused:
