I have a doctor that says he's getting paid for all follow up dialysis services in the hospital even with a 10 day global period for a perm cath. As far as I know there is a 10 day global for the perm cath (36561). So he says he's being paid for 90935 and 90945 services as well during this 10 day. How is this possible? Is there a new rule out that I don't know. Thanks!
