Is 12001 (simple repair) OR 33222 (revision of pocket) bundled into 33274 (micra) (background: erosion; lead failure necessitating leadless pacemaker).
thanks in advance

Need a report to understand what you are looking for. Looks like a pacemaker removal and leadless pacemaker insertion?

Thanks,
Jim Pawloski, CIRCC

yes that's correct.
The original pocket needed to be revised / simple closure as the device was eroding through skin. Because he had poor vasculature, the decision was made to cap the leads and implant a leadless pacemaker, via groin.
There was a ton of work to be done to the pocket, which is why i am wondering if the revision of the original pocket could also be billed.
