wants to bill 28292, 28298, 28306, 28308, 29515

i advised since did double osteotomy should bill 28299, 29515

Am I correct or is podiatrist?

28308 is for osteotomy of metatarsal other than 1st, did he work on some other metatarsal? If so, you could add that. Per CPT 29515 is included in the surgery, so leave that off.
