Can anyone tell me correct CPT code to use for this surgical procedure without going into the operative note, which is very lengthy?

Diagnosis: Bunion Deformity

Procedure: Distal Soft Tissue Correction Bunion, Basilar Osteotomy First Metatarsal

I'm looking at CPt 28296 ??
