Hi,

Didn't see a podiatry post. Our doc injected a tailor's bunion with 10mg depomedrol and 1 cc.5% marcaine plain. What do you code on this??

I think you might be right there. When I look up the dx that supports medical necessity for that proc code, it appears to be the only proc code that lists the 727.1. Perfect! Thank you!
