Bunionectomy w arthroplasty?

if a pat. had a austin bunionectomy (28296) on 1st toe then dr. wrote arthroplasty on 2nd toe would i still use 28296 as 2nd code?
e.g. 28296-T5 & 28296-T6???
 
for second toe we can take 28122 we can't take 28296 because 28296 only for first toe if diagnosis of both procedure is same.
