Wiki burn wound dressing during global unrelated to procedure.

patient had and excision of lesion done. patient came back within the 10 day global for a burn wound dressing (16020) but it's getting denied with modifier 79 as improper modifier.

What other modifiers are there for this situation?
 
I actually did re-submit it without the modifier so now they're denying it as " SVC INCL IN GLOB SURG RATE" I don't know what to do. How do you check if codes are bundled into global?
