Hello, I am looking for a code for coronary artery bypass, single artery, for coronary athersclerosis of native coronary artery in a transplanted heart. ICD 9 code is 414.06, I am looking for CPT code. any ideas? Thank you.

Single artery take a look at 33533

If done with vein only - take a look at 33510.

And if he endoscopically harvests the saphenous vein..look at 33508 but follow the rules.
