My ortho spine surgeon does many cases with a neurosurgeon and I always bill as co surgeons-62 modifier.....I now have a case that an Ear, Nose, Throat surgeon was involved for the anterior approach...would it be correct to use the -66 modifer, surgical team?

Thank you in advance.

I haven't had a scenario where we used modifier 66 with an ENT. If the ENT and neurosurgeon are working together to provide a single, identifiable procedure I would use modifier 62. Our local ENT physician often performs the surgical exposure for the primary procedure.
