I JUST CALLED MED MUTUAL ON A DENIAL; CLAIM HAD TO BE PUSHED THROUGH MANUALLY AND THEN IT WILL BE PAID; ACCORDING TO MED MUTUAL CODE WAS ONLY GOOD THROUGH 6/30/2020
