C9757 is the code created by AMA/Medicare in 2020 exclusively for the Barricaid procedure. This code reports the discectomy plus the implantation of the Barricaid device. This code is reported in both the Hospital and ASC for Medicare patients. Consult your payor contract to determine how they want this procedure reported.
