Can anyone tell me how their office calculates a price and work rvus for an unlisted procedure code?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We typically price and calculate RVUs based on the closest CPT code (in terms of code description, procedure or approach) to the unlisted one.
 
TRIVEX Phlebectomy

I am going to use the unlisted 37799 for a Trivex Phlebectomy, would you compare this to 37766 (as he stated he removed more than 20 veins bi-laterally)?
