Hi everyone,
I just started to code for a provider in California and of coarse not familar with the modifiers, can someone shed some light for the scenerio below. I did read the provider manual in this area but I still was not clear. Thanks so much

44050

Do I code it like this?
43361/AG,22,99
44050

OR

43361/AG,22
44050/99

according to the manual it did not specify modifier were required for each line item or primary surgeon
