Wiki Can 31622 and 31825 be billed together?

I received a rejection for code 31622 stating code was used more than what is normally expected per claim. I didn't see any NCCI edits for codes 31622 and 31825 but does anyone know if I can bill those two together? Code 31622 does say separate procedure, but code 31825 doesn't mention anything about a scope.
