Wiki Can 36593 be used twice?

Hi,

On this report of a hemodialysis TPA infusion, it says: TPA was infused using standard continuous infusion protocol via both the arterial and venous lumens.

Should I code, or rather, can I code 36593 twice? Or should once cover both areas?

I would only code the CPT code once since the physician did not insert an additional catheter but rather from what you are saying the physician infused the TPA through the same arterial catheter?
