Wiki Can 43279 and 43281 be billed together?

I need help I am currently working a case where the patient was have a myotomy 43279 done but the provider encountered at paraesophageal hiatal hernia and did he completed the hernia repair. Although 43279 and 43281 does not bundle in codify I am thinking they can not be billed together so I am thinking 43281 for the hernia repair since it has the higher RVU's if anyone can assist please let me know your thoughts and rationale behind the two codes.
