Can 93580 and 93567 be billed together with a -59 modifier without coding another primary cpt for 93567?
 
93567 is an add on code. its only billable approved with primary procedures. per CPT book that is: 93451-93461, 93530-93533

Also the 93580 includes a right heart catheterization procedure & includes injection of contrast for atrial and ventricular angiograms so its already inclusive to the 93580
