Good afternoon, I am coding for a procedure performed in our surgery center, her is the operative report:

The patient was brought to the operating room and placed on the operating table. After adequate general anesthesia, the patient's right breast was prepped and draped in the usual sterile manner. Preoperatively, the lesion was localized by radiology with a wire The wire insertion site was at about 2:00 A large curvlinear incision was made adjacent to the wire and a core of breast tissue was excised The wire was never exposed and the core transected below the tip of the wire. The core went adjacent to the large cyst and part of the cyst was entered during excision there was friable nodular tissue here The specimen sent to xray
The cyst was then freed from the surrounding tissue and it was noted that there appeared to be a mass adjacent to the wire excision site The large cyst was gradually freed from the surrounding tissue and removed The wound was inspected for adequate hemostasis and then irrigated.

The wound was then irrigated and closed in two layers with the deeper layer of 3-0 Vicryl, skin closed using a 4-0 Monocryl using a subcuticular stitch. Radiology called and stated the lesion was in the specimen. Wound was then infiltrated with 0.5% Marcaine and dressed with dermabond

the codes I came up with is CPT code 19120 for the cyst and CPT code 19125 for the lesion, can these codes be billed together if it was performed on the same breast?
