Can CPT's 94664 & 94060 be billed together?

Hi Everyone and HAPPY FRIDAY!!! Can anyone tell me if CPT code 94664 and 94060 can be billed together? Fairly new to Pulm and when I run the 2 codes through "Code Correct" with a 59 on 94664 it comes back fine but MC and other insurance companies have been denying pymt on the 94664. Thank you.:)
