Our family practice providers are performing behavioral health screening. Is this code allowed for family practice or is it reserved only from behavioral health providers?

Hello, yes Family Practice can bill this code. We screen our patients for behavioral health routinely. It is also a Quality Metric for some. We use the PHQ-9 screening and there is also one for teens.
