Wiki can i bill 61458 and 61460

My provider wants to bill
61458(Craniectomy, suboccipital; for exploration or decompression of cranial nerves ) and
61460 (Craniectomy, suboccipital; for section of one or more cranial nerves ).
stating he did two different cranial nerves, cranial nerve V and cranial nerve IX. Can I bill for both?
