Wiki Can I bill both 63277 and 63276?

Doctor removed a cystic lesion from L1 and part of T12. He wants me to bill both 63277 and 63276. But from what I read, it sounds like "contiguous" levels and that I should only bill the primary level.

Can I bill both??
