If my dr spends 20 mintues with a Workers Comp Nurse Case Manager to discuss treatment, etc, of the injured worker, what code would we bill for that? I am in Texas, and the coder in the clinic wants to bill and office visit 99213 and I don't think that is correct. Can we bill and unlisted office visit?
