I have two different providers that are practicing at the same location in Texas but they want to bill for their services separately with their own separate tax id#'s. They are both the same specialty. Can I do this?

You can have many businesses under one roof, which is what you are describing. Make sure their individual NPI and group NPI (if any) are attached to the correct tax id with the insurance companies.

In addition to Sharon's answer, make sure the location is tied to the tax id with each payer and in pecos.
