I have been searching for the Place of Service codes in which Mcare Preventive and CCM codes (G0402, G0438, G0439 and 99490) can be performed and reported. I am specifically trying to see if the four codes will be covered and paid by Mcare for POS 20 (Urgent Care). Anyone have access to a better database than the public MFS file? Thanks!!
