I am looking for someone who can code a procedure for me to verify the way I believe it should be coded.

We took over the coding and billing for a radiologist and when we look at what their old company coded vs what we come up with on procedures (i.e graft thromectomy AV fistula, Tips procedure, etc) the codes are way off, wondering if we are missing something or if they were doing it incorrectly.

I can email or fax a procedure report (w/o patient info) to anyone that may be able to help. I would like to send a graft thromectomy AV fistula procedure report as this seems to be one of the most that the radiologist performs.

Any and All help will be greatly appreciated.
