Can you tell what you have so far? ie where you've looked, what main term you've used.

I looked in index under insertion, found urethra, what to page 407. This is not a Foley Cath so I'm thinking 51703 but documentation doesn't state complicated so I'm not sure if I could use 51701?

My point: doesn't the term "coude" simply refer to a particular type of catheter, used for difficult insertions (enlarged prostate)? Was this an in-and-out procedure (non-indwelling) or was it attached to a drainage system (indwelling)?
"Foley" generally means in-dwelling and I can't imagine performing a non-indwelling procedure if you have to use a coude to get it inserted in the first place.
Anyhow, by now I've probably totally confused a simple issue. Sorry.
