can we consider the HEENT as head, eyes, and ENT

Hi all please clarify,

i got in Physical Examination as

VITAL SIGNS: temperature is 100
GENERAL: he is a young black gentleman
HEENT: Sclerae anicteric. Conjunctivae pink. Gaze is conjugate. Nasopharynx and oropharynx are clear.
NECK: No JVD
CHEST: Clear to auscultation on the left.
CARDIOVASCULAR: PMI is nonpalpable.
ABDOMEN: soft, nontender.
EXTREMITIES: No cyanosis or clubbing.

can i consider the PE elements as 8 (after considering HEENT as Head, Eyes, and ENT)

Yes we can make 2 point from HEENT section, 1 from eye section i.e sclerae & 1 point for HENT(head, ear, Nose, Throat) section.
Here we can take total 8 point for physical exam.
