i am a radiologist , i do get douments of ultrasound pelvis
transabdominally , the symptom was abdoman pain and the impression and body of documents states normal , can code this with abdomen pain ,

will it get pain if i use 789.00 for 76856

You are correct in coding the symptom(s) since the findings were normal. It should be payable if the service was medically necessary.
