Wiki Can you bill 72195 twice?

A patient had an MRI performed of the pelvis and then also and MRI of the sacrum.
I know that both of those areas are included in cpt 72195 but if 2 MRI's were done could we bill with a modifier??

what is the rationale to perform 2? as you stated both are included in 72195. Unless there is some great documentation with a good reason and even then probably no.
