Can you bill a 99211 under the supervision of a physician or NP for items like BP monitoring and counseling, diet and weight, smoking cessation and medication adherence counseling?

I say yes just endure put dx code, vitals, chief complaint, CPT 99211 and referring doctor on claim. If a nurse does a telehealth phone call use CPT 98967-98968 and add minutes in documentation then, verify pat s demographic info on med record and add referring doctor on claim.
